Naprapathy???
Naprapathy is the study of manual manipulation of the interstitial tissue ligaments, tendons, fascia, muscle. Treating all facets of the soft tissue and encouragement of its repatterning to recorrect the hard tissue in which it encompasses i.e. the spine and joints. Invasive, corrective but not painful in its application and technique.
Manual Osteopathic care??
Its not chiropractic! They do encompass the same postures and have relative roots in origin but they differ in application but can replicate similar benefits. Our applications are often seen as a gentler form of care more suitable for sensitive population for example certain geriatric subsets. Slower, melodic movements versus high velocity movement that impact the tissue in various ways. Both in their own right great forms of care.
What to Expect my 1st time???
A 5Min complimentary exam with 4 point views, muscle/neuro test, palpation of afflicted area, clear tissue diagnosis, treatment plan, choice of full body therapy determinate of your needs with support by your health care practitioner. Initial therapy typical consist of therapeutic and a profound advanced relaxation modality which can have analgesic response in the body.
